You use the sotware by paying for an Annual Database License which provides access to the following features:-

The annual database license can be paid for monthly or annually in advance. Monthly payment requires direct debit to a credit card or bank account. A range of option is available for annual payment.

The annual database license fee applies to each database and if unpaid, the database will become read only, allowing viewing, but not adding of fresh information.

The second and subsequent databases paid for by the same owner are rebated by $100 per year.

Databases for trusts or associated companies and recording less than 100 transactions per year cost $50 per year.
