CRS Software Ltd has been developing farm management software for farmers since 1981. It has thirty staff, based in Masterton, comprising a development team, support staff and sales.
Its flagship product is Cashmanager RURAL - Financial software that helps farmers plan. It is much more than just GST or accounting software and is used enthusiastically by thousands of farmers and rural professionals because of its unique ability to help with farm management. The company’s sole focus is the farming market and because of this, the products meet the needs of typical farmers, with great effort made to ensure the software uses simple language and is easy to use, even for farmers or partners with undeveloped computer skills. CRS Software Ltd believe that almost every farmer can use its software and will quickly discover that by working smarter in the office, farmers can achieve much more out in the paddock.

Managing Director - Brian Eccles Brian is passionate about the ability of farm management software to enhance a farmer's enjoyment of farming and the resulting flow on effects on the family and lifestyle. Gaining a diploma in agriculture in 1977 Brian actively farmed through to 1988. During this period he won awards for his management and high levels of performance. While no longer farming, he is keenly involved in all things rural and loves working with the farming community. Brian drives the purpose and design of the software and as the key shareholder is the driving force for the organisation.

Director - John Sexton John describes himself as a business builder and while he is a fellow of the Society of Accountants these days he focuses on consultancy. In an earlier life as a chartered accountant John worked with many farmers and has a strong interest in things rural. John has been a director of Computer Concepts - now CRS Software Ltd, since 1995.
