Cashmanager RURALYou use the software by paying for an Annual Database License which provides access to the following features:-

Cashbook, GST, Wagebook, Budget, Cashflow, Livestock, Invoicing Plus DairyBase reports and Dairy calculator
PLUS you can add the Debtors Module, which adds a Product list and prices, invoices, statements, invoice/statements, aged balances, sales by product, sales by customer, open item or balance forward payment matching, custom formats.

The annual database license can be paid for monthly or annually in advance. Monthly payment requires direct debit to a credit card or bank account. A range of options are available for annual payment.The annual database license fee applies to each database and if unpaid, the database will become read only, allowing viewing, but not adding of fresh information. Prices are in NZ Dollars and exclude GST.

The first Cashmanager RURAL Database License costs $400 excl. gst per year. Second and subsequent databases owned and paid for by the same Owner receive a $100 rebate on the annual price. Associated Trusts or companies owned by the same owner and recording less than 100 transactions per year cost $50 excl. gst per year. A Debtors module may be added to a full version for an additional $100 excl. gst per year.

Cashmanager RURAL ONLINE

It is the newest version of Cashmanager RURAL with all same essential features but it differs in that your data is stored on a central server and can be accessed from anywhere. Requires Broadband -  call us for more information 0800 888 707.

Your existing data is easily imported into Cashmanager RURAL ONLINE. Placing your data Online resolves all the issues associated with moving data between computers. It also enables Data feeds which delivers pre-coded transactions directly into your cashbook.
