Cashmanager RURAL pricing reduced

We are pleased to announce that we have reduced the price of both Cashmanager Rural ONLINE and the desktop version to $400+GST pa. The new pricing structure means that price will no longer be a consideration for new purchasers when deciding between ONLINE or desktop.

Brian Eccles, CRS Software Ltd, Managing Director expects the new pricing structure will mean that farmers with reasonable broadband connection will take advantage of the benefits of being ONLINE. These include easier transfer of information to accountants, consultants and financiers and not having to spend time worrying about backing up data.

The special pricing structure in place for Cashmanager RURAL desktop clients who registered their databases under the PremierPac system continues unchanged. The reason for the differential is that the $400pa for new users is essentially a lease, with no ‘capital’ cost.

*Limited licenses must share the same ‘owner’ as the first license.

Backing up your data can save much frustration!

Backing up your data

One of the most important tasks for clients using the desktop version of Cashmanager RURAL is to do a back-up on a regular basis. Too often we see the consequences - with many months of hard work lost.

Create a back-up at least monthly and as an additional risk management measure use the free “email to archives@ crssoftware.co.nz” option on the backup menu. This emails your data to us and automatically saves it to a special, secure, off-site archive.

Coming in 2011 - Farmlands data feeds for Cashmanager RURAL ONLINE

Farmlands card

The Farmlands Data Feed means that with a single click each month, all Farmlands and Farmlands supplier purchases will appear in your Cashbook, pre-coded by CRS software. You simply need to check each entry or possibly teach it new auto-codes. Data entry times are slashed and accuracy enhanced - it’s amazingly easy, and a compelling reason to put all purchases on your Farmlands card!

The release date will be announced early in 2011.
