Yes. Cloud-based software ensures your data is more secure than if you store it on your computer’s hard drive. You’ll never need to do a backup again. If your computer crashes, your farm’s financial information is safe and sound. Your Cashmanager RURAL data is protected by encrypted passwords and stored online to corporate standards.

Accessing my Cashmanager RURAL information

Yes. As the database owner you control who can see or edit the data by giving each person permission. You might give your bank manager ‘budget view only’ permission for a few days. Your accountant may get ‘transaction only’ rights until they’ve processed your end of year accounts. Others might get full rights to parts of or the entire program. Watch the ‘how to share access’ video.

Sharing your data with family, business partners or your management team saves time and makes it easy to keep everyone in the loop. It’s essential for governance. When everyone is on the same page, there are no surprises and everyone can see the direction your farm business is heading.

Tailored to your farm

There are several ways Cashmanager RURAL differs from accounting products. First, it’s designed exclusively with farmers in mind. Unlike regular accounting software, it includes essential features for farmers; production analysis and livestock inventory. Another point of difference is; the program is cash based and forward looking. Traditional accounting software looks back – reconciling what has already happened. And finally, Cashmanager RURAL’s reporting and analysis is unrivalled. You can forecast and model anticipated revenue, using unique features like its dairy forecaster.
