Easy access to unlimited support is a key benefit of purchasing software from CRS Software Ltd.
or the first 12 months after you purchase, you are entitled to unlimited support from the CRS Software helpdesk and will automatically receive any upgrades that are released.
On the anniversary of your purchase you will be asked if you wish to subscribe to CRS farm mapping Support for the next year.
- You can call for assistance as often as needed
- Hours are 8:30am to 7:00pm Monday to Friday
- You will be issued an 0800 number
- Cost is $100 +GST per year
We are continually working on the software and release the enhancements as an upgrade from time to time.
Upgrades allow you to continue to use your data, but adds new areas of functionality.
We endeavour to release an upgrade each year. The price will vary depending on the content.
The next upgrade contatins significant enhancements to the mapping capability.
This is a large task, with development and testing expected to take until at least early 2009.
As yet no release date has been set.
