ANZ bank customers now benefit from the Cashmanager RURAL online automatic bank feed release.

Bank feeds allow transactions to arrive automatically, saving you time and boosting productivity. The feed is super secure, transactions arrive daily and it’s free. The only thing you need to do is complete the set up; Cashmanager RURAL online does the rest.

Rabobank customers were the first to receive automatic bank feeds, followed by ASB, and now ANZ customers can join them.

It’s simple to get underway, follow the process below and within a couple of weeks, your transactions will be arriving automatically into Cashmanager RURAL online.

More banks will be coming on board soon, helping farmers stay on top of their game, so watch this space.

See our help centre or video for more information.

I operate two dairy farms and one banks with Both ANZ and Rabobank, the other banks with National Australia bank.

Will the ANZ and Rabobank bank feeds be available for Australia?

    • Rebecca Harper says:

      Hi there,

Rabobank bank feeds are available in Australia already, but unfortunately ANZ is not – yet. We are working on it.

  • Mark says:

I would really appreciate you adding BNZ to this list asap please. When is that likely to happen?

  • Barbara Wilson says:

I would be interested in setting up an automatic bank feed but am not sure how much time it would actually save. we have a lot of data each month but have also set up a lot of regular transactions where the note (description) remains the same but may have to change the amount on some of them. this we find very useful. will the automatic bank feed just double it up? if it does then we will just be spending our time deleting all the double up transactions. Also, how good will the info be that we get from the bank? eg: who the debit or credit is from. I would like some more info on how it actually works please.

    • Rebecca Harper says:

      Hi Barbara,

Sorry for the slow response. The link below will give you some more information around Bank Feeds:

As you use regular transactions there is potential for doubling up transactions, but if the Regular Transaction has the same date and amount as the bank statement then deleting duplicates is done by a click of a button. You can Autocode the balance of your bank transactions, which will save time. When reconciling your transactions once the information is completely loaded you will be able to delete any possible double ups by using right click/Delete. The bank information generally shows the same as your bank statement and shows the payee name. You can find more information on our help centre around Bank Feeds and Autocoding.

If you have any further queries please don’t hesitate to call on 0800 888 080 or email to support@crssoftware.co.nz.
